AsaplayerwhorecentlyfellinlovewithCircleofHealing,thisnewshitsmeprettyhard:Blizzardisconsideringaddingasix-secondcooldowntoCoHanditsDruidanalogue,WildGrowth.Basically,they'renothappywiththefactthatCoHoftenprovidesupwardsof70%ofthehealingdonebyaHolypriestinaraid.Thedesign,accordingtoGhostcrawler,isforHolyprieststobeversatilehealers:wehaveafastheal,aslowone,aHoT,andseveralgroupheals,aswellasacoupleofuniquetricks.Butthenew,smartCoHsortofblowsthisoutofthewater,makingCircletheanswertoalmosteverysituation,andmakingAoEhealingHoly'sdefactospeciality(GC'sphraseisthatitmakesourotherheals"looklikepoo").
I'mnotsurewhatIthinkaboutaddingacooldowntoCoHasasolutiontothis,though.Initially,Ihatedit;itlookedlikeBlizzardbrute-forcingustoplaythewaytheywantusto,insteadofmakingitmoreattractivebybuffingotherspellsorpushinglessAoEdamageonus.Ontheotherhand,thereistalkofreducingAoEdamagenecessary.AndthemoreIthinkaboutit,themoreIthinkacooldownmightactaullyfeelgood.Idosortofmissmyotherspells;Idon'tthinkIusedGreaterHealmorethanadozentimesthefistraidIdidaftergettingCircle.WithacooldownIcouldsaveCircleforwhenIreallyneededit.Idoliketheskillinvolvedinselectingtherightspellfromourarsenaltodealwiththeincomingdamage-ithelpskeepmeawakeduringthoselateraids,anditbringsanelementofstrategythatismissingwhenI'mjustspammingCoHthreeoutofeveryfourGCDs.
