So, my 44Warrior thought to try to finish off some of the quests in Stranglethorn Vale... Bloodsail Buccaneers quests. When I got there I was reminded why I didn't finish them before - shadowbolts and fireballs, ranged, with mobs close together.
So... I used my axe-throwing ability to pick off some Swashbucklers for the quest, and then ... logged out.
And logged my 62Hunter in. Quick zeppelin to Grom'Gol and a flight to Booty Bay and a bit of a run down the coast, and those Warlock and Imp bullies were cleared out in no time. Getting the Bloodsail Orders

I moved on to Zanzil's Mixture quest, which can't be done the bullying way, and was glad I carry my tanking gear with me - specifically, my shield. I guess I'd better get better at interrupting casters by hopping into defensive stance, slapping on a shield and doing a Shield Bash. Of course, after that I have to make sure I go back into Battle Stance to hamstring them so they don't run away... And I have to remember to re-wield the second sword when I'm fighting melee-type attackers that don't need the shield bash.
Blarg, so much to remember. I thought Warrior was more about "Me Be Meat Shield!" but I guess that's just if you're instancing all the time, which I don't :)
Diseases and Bandages and Running Away
One of the guys you can pick up the Zanzil\'s Mixture

As for Bandages, I love them on this Warrior toon! I tend to use a bandage after every couple of fights, and sometimes I use it during the fight if I can get a few seconds away. I'm glad I'm finally picking up Mageweave Cloth

As for Running Away... Augh! That's the suckiest part of pushing the boundaries of how much you can fight at once. One extra added mob can mean death, so in order to avoid that, I run. I'm tired of running, but the run is longer if I let myself die.
I Mine Everything
I don't care if it's copper, tin, iron, mithril or what. I don't care if it gets me a skill-up or if it's grey for skilling ability. I mine it. Then I use it with another toon's profession or I sell it.
I like money, after all, and collecting professions stuff = money on an established server.
Parking In Front of SFK
Today I have some Real Life things to take care of, but when I come home I'm going to pay back my guildie friend by running a couple of his toons through a couple of instances - SFK with my 44War and SM with my 62Hunter.
But for now that Real Life stuff needs attention...
